Your role as a MOD Content Provider is to submit:
- Complete and accurate metadata for each title in the metadata template. Download MOD Metadata Template 2021 v11.
- Conforming artwork for disc and case wrap. Download MOD Artwork Templates Current
- Conforming digital file for the DVD or Blu-Ray [.iso image].
If your assets are non-conforming or you require an authored DVD or Blu-ray file, we offer preparatory services. Download our MOD Authoring and Artwork Design Services Rate Card .
For Digital Content Providers

Your role as a Video On Demand Digital Content Provider is to submit the following:
- Complete and accurate metadata for each title in the template provided. Download our VOD Digital Metadata Template
- Conforming artwork per Allied Vaughn’s specification sheet. Download our VOD Digital Asset Delivery Guide .
- Conforming Feature and in ProRes .mov format, and Closed Captions in .srt files. Download our VOD Digital Art Templates .
- If your assets are non-conforming, we offer preparatory services. Download our VOD Digital Services Rate Card .
If you have an agreement with Allied Vaughn Entertainment, email your completed VOD Digital Metadata Template to your Onboarding Specialist. Doing so will allow us to add your launch to our schedule.
As Allied Vaughn’s streaming platform partners expand, please review the latest VOD Digital Metadata Template periodically to ensure eligible platforms can have access to your titles.
